物料编码体系是制造资源计划(MRPII)系统中工程数据管理的重要依据,对企业正常生产经营活动必须的制造资源进行科学的物料编码,能确保MRPII系统高效、稳定、安全地运行。本文以实施MRPII软件为契机,对物料编码进行了系统、细致的研究,介绍了物料分类的方法,说明了进行物料编码时遵循的规则,阐述了物料编码的意义。结合用友U8软件,给出了采购物料的编码方案以及使用方法,该方案体现了编码的实用性和扩展性,为软件的顺利应用提供了可靠的数据来源。
Material coding system is an important basis for engineering data management in manufacturing resource planning (MRPII) system. It scientifically encodes the manufacturing resources necessary for the normal production and operation of an enterprise to ensure that the MRPII system runs efficiently, stably and safely. In this paper, the implementation of MRPII software as an opportunity to conduct a systematic and detailed coding of materials introduced the method of material classification, described the rules to follow when coding materials, elaborated the significance of material coding. Combined with the UF U8 software, the coding scheme and the using method of the purchased material are given. The scheme shows the practicability and expansibility of the coding, and provides a reliable data source for the smooth application of the software.
