以国道主干线福州绕城高速公路R45合同段为依托工程,对工程拆迁中产生的建筑渣土开展系统的室内外试验研究,了解其工程特性,并从压实度、变形和强度等角度综合探索压实特性,论证其作为路基填料的可行性,在此基础上提出施工质量控制指标,总结施工技术。研究结果表明,建筑渣土属于砾类土,存在最优粗颗粒含量,强度高,水稳定性好,能满足路基填料的性能要求。研究成果能为建筑渣土的大规模应用提供科学指导,有利于提高其资源化利用率。
Relying on the R45 Contract Section of Fuzhou Ring Expressway, a national highway, the project conducts a systematic indoor and outdoor experimental study on the construction sediment produced in the project demolition. The project is characterized by compaction, deformation and strength Exploring the compaction characteristics and demonstrating its feasibility as a roadbed filler, on the basis of which the construction quality control indexes are put forward and the construction technology is summarized. The results show that the construction dregs belong to gravel soil, which has the best content of coarse particles, high strength, good water stability and can meet the performance requirements of roadbed filler. The research results can provide scientific guidance for the large-scale application of construction muck, which is beneficial to improve its resource utilization rate.
