对北京型机车动力曲线通过进行了分析法计算,阐述了图解法的原理和步骤,进而对北京型机车动力曲线通过做了图解法求解。分析法与图解法相比较,求解的结果证明,图解法具有足够的精确度,是计算法的98%以上,误差率在2%之内。图解法计算步骤简单,获得结果简便快捷,并能直观和方便地判明有关参数变化对轮缘力F的影响。因此,建议在内燃机车的设计时,对于动力曲线通过的计算,尽量采用图解法,或用其对分析法进行校核。
This paper analyzes the dynamic curve of Beijing locomotive through the analysis method, elaborates the principles and steps of the graphic method, and then solves the dynamic curve of the Beijing locomotive through the graphic method. Analytical method compared with the graphical method, the results of the solution proves that the graphical method has sufficient accuracy, is more than 98% of the calculation method, the error rate within 2%. Graphical calculation steps are simple, easy and quick to obtain results, and can intuitively and easily identify the changes in the parameters of the flange force F impact. Therefore, it is suggested that in the design of a diesel locomotive, the calculation of the passage of the dynamic curve should be made as far as possible, or the analytical method should be used to check it.
