合作学习是高效优质课堂的一个重要环节,也是当今学校教育改革的主流思潮之一.目前,如何立足于中国本土化国情,基于对学习的社会性的认识,使课堂教学中群体间的人际关系和交往活动得以体现,以培养学生学会“倾听、交流、分享”的合作意识和交往技能,是人们思考的关键问题.笔者就从初中生物教学的角度谈谈对合作学习的认识.
