财务管理作为企业运营的重心,在我国现代企业发展中占据了重要的地位。其中,国有企业作为我国市场经济的重要组成部分,在现代企业管理制度不断推进的过程中面临着日趋激烈的竞争环境。因此,为了提升国有企业在市场经济体系中的核心竞争力,就必须以强化财务管理为切入点。据此,本文对国有企业财务管理工作有待提升的部分进行分析,根据具体的市场情况给出了解决对策,以期为广大财务管理人员提供借鉴与参考。
As the center of business operation, financial management occupies an important position in the development of modern enterprises in our country. Among them, as an important part of China’s market economy, state-owned enterprises are faced with an increasingly fierce competitive environment in the continuous promotion of the modern enterprise management system. Therefore, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises in the market economy system, we must take the strengthening of financial management as the starting point. Accordingly, this article analyzes the part to be improved in the financial management of state-owned enterprises, and gives solutions to the problems according to the specific market conditions so as to provide reference and reference for the general financial management staff.
