目的调查综合医院肺炎患者嗜肺军团菌的感染情况。方法 2012年6月-2013年6月,选择北京市丰台区、江苏省常州市和无锡市、广东省深圳市综合性医院的肺炎住院患者为调查对象,采集肺炎患者的痰样本,问卷调查收集患者的基本信息,采用基于mip基因的巢式PCR法检测肺炎患者痰样本中的嗜肺军团菌。结果共调查157例肺炎住院患者,痰样本嗜肺军团菌的阳性率是12.1%(19/157),北京市丰台区、江苏省无锡市、江苏省常州市和广东省深圳市4地区综合医院肺炎患者痰样本中嗜肺军团菌的阳性率分别为11.9%、11.8%、20.0%和6.5%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.404,P=0.333)。入院前没有户外活动和有户外活动的肺炎患者痰样本中,嗜肺军团菌的阳性率分别为9.4%和15.3%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.261,P=0.261)。结论综合医院肺炎患者存在嗜肺军团菌感染。
Objective To investigate the infection of Legionella pneumophila in pneumonia patients in General Hospital. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013, patients with pneumonia in Fengtai District of Beijing, Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province, Wuxi City of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City General Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected as the survey subjects, sputum samples of pneumonia patients were collected and questionnaires were collected The basic information of patients, the use of mip gene based nested PCR method for detecting pneumonia in patients with Legionella pneumophila bacteria samples. Results A total of 157 pneumonia patients were enrolled in this study. The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in sputum samples was 12.1% (19/157). Fengtai District of Beijing, Wuxi City of Jiangsu Province, Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province and 4 districts of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province The positive rates of Legionella pneumophila in sputum samples from patients with pneumonia were 11.9%, 11.8%, 20.0% and 6.5%, respectively, with no significant difference (χ2 = 3.404, P = 0.333). The positive rates of Legionella pneumophila in the sputum samples of patients with pneumonia without outdoor activities before and before admission were 9.4% and 15.3%, respectively, with no significant difference (χ2 = 1.261, P = 0.261). Conclusion There is Legionella pneumophila infection in patients with pneumonia in General Hospital.
