心理压力是由个体在生活适应过程中产生的一种身心紧张状态,源自环境要求与自身应对能力不平衡,这种紧张状态倾向于通过非特异的心理和生理反应表现出来。适度的、短暂的心理压力有助于实践活动的顺利开展,而过度的、长期的心理压力会对活动的正常开展产生消极影响。本文就高校青年教师的心理压力的现状和解决办法提几点看法。
Psychological stress is a kind of mental and physical stress produced by the individual in the process of life adaptation. It arises from the imbalance between environmental requirements and self-coping ability. Such stress state tends to be manifested through non-specific psychological and physiological responses. Moderate, short-term psychological pressure helps to practice the smooth progress, and excessive, long-term psychological stress will have a negative impact on the normal conduct of the activities. This article puts forward some views on the status quo and countermeasures of psychological pressure on young teachers in colleges and universities.
