目的探讨来院建卡孕妇口腔卫生保健认知程度,为孕妇提供相应对策。方法选择门诊建卡孕妇352例,以问卷方式进行口腔卫生认知水平调查。结果不同学历孕妇对口腔卫生保健知识认知程度有差异(P<0.001)。结论妊娠期内分泌水平改变,发生牙周组织病损或使原有牙周损害加重机会增加。孕妇口腔卫生知识认知程度与学历呈正相关,但高学历人群同样存在缺乏防病治病知识。因此在孕妇学校增设口腔卫生知识及提供相应对策是非常必要的。
Objective To investigate the level of cognition of oral health care for pregnant women in hospital and provide corresponding countermeasures for pregnant women. Methods 352 outpatients were selected as card-building pregnant women, and questionnaires were used to investigate oral hygiene awareness. Results There were differences in oral hygiene knowledge among pregnant women with different qualifications (P <0.001). Conclusion The level of endocrine changes during pregnancy, periodontal tissue damage occurs or the original periodontal injury increased chances. The cognition level of oral health knowledge of pregnant women is positively correlated with education level, but there is also a lack of knowledge of disease prevention and treatment in highly educated population. Therefore, additional oral hygiene knowledge in pregnant women schools and provide appropriate countermeasures is very necessary.
