本研究采取整群随机抽样的方法,从内蒙古回族自治区矿山企业中抽取各类矿上企业等共6家进行了问卷调查和个体访谈,并对调查的结果进行分析,提出了解决问题的相关对策建议。本研究提出了内蒙古矿山企业文化具有现代产业特点和封闭企业文化的隐形双重属性的理论假设。在矿山企业发展方式转型的背景下,现代化的作业设施与贫瘠的文化建设并不协调;针对矿山企业文化的自足性特点,应去除自闭意识,防止企业在封闭中失去发展的动力。
In this study, a total of 6 random sampling methods were used in the study. A total of 6 mining enterprises from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were surveyed and interviews were conducted. The results of the investigation were analyzed and relevant countermeasures were put forward Suggest. This study puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that the mining enterprise culture in Inner Mongolia has the characteristics of modern industry and the invisible dual attribute of closed corporate culture. In the context of the transformation of mining enterprises’ development mode, the modern operation facilities are not coordinated with the impoverished cultural construction. According to the self-contained characteristics of mining enterprise culture, the self-contained consciousness should be removed to prevent enterprises from losing their motivation for development.
