由胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides侵染引起的柑桔炭疽病是柑桔的主要真菌病害。为研究不同柑桔种质对炭疽病的抗性,本试验采用离体果实室内人工接种后,根据病情指数法、病斑平均直径法和系统聚类分析法等3种不同抗性评价方法探讨了52份柑桔属种质对胶孢炭疽菌的抗性。结果表明:按对胶孢炭疽菌的抗性,可将参试种质资源划分为高抗、抗、中抗、感等4类,未发现免疫和高感种质,胡柚、伏令夏橙、火焰葡萄柚、冰糖橙、刘金刚甜橙、哈姆林甜橙、新会橙和晚棱脐橙为高抗种质。
Citrus anthracnose caused by the infection of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is the major fungal disease of citrus. In order to study the resistance of different citrus germplasms to anthracnose, this experiment adopted in vitro artificial inoculation of in vitro fruits, and according to three different resistance evaluation methods, such as disease index method, average lesion diameter and cluster analysis The resistance of 52 Citrus species to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was studied. The results showed that the tested germplasm resources could be divided into four groups according to their resistance to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, such as high resistance, resistance, moderate resistance and flu resistance, but no immune and high susceptible germplasm, Orange, Flame grapefruit, rock sugar orange, Liu Jingang orange, Hamlin orange, Xinhui orange and late edge navel orange are high resistant germplasm.
