目的了解邯郸市2014年食品中致病菌监测结果,分析食源性疾病的发生原因。方法按照2014年国家食品风险监测方案以及河北省2014年食源性致病菌监测方案,对邯郸市有代表性的农贸市场、超市、餐饮店以及网购环节随机采集6大类12小类食品。按照《全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》及《河北省食源性致病菌风险监测技术指南》的标准操作程序,对样品中蜡样芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、致泻大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌进行检测。结果采集的6大类12小类食品共284份,检出6种致病菌共41株,总检出率为14.4%。检出致泻大肠埃希氏菌14株,单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌10株,金黄色葡萄球菌9株,沙门菌3株,铜绿假单胞菌3株,蜡样芽孢杆菌2株。结论应加大食品安全宣传力度,加强各类食品的监管,采取相应预防控制措施,减少食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the monitoring results of foodborne pathogens in Handan in 2014 and analyze the causes of foodborne diseases. Methods According to the 2014 national food risk monitoring program and the foodborne pathogen monitoring program in Hebei Province in 2014, six categories of 12 categories of foods were collected randomly from the representative farmer’s markets, supermarkets, restaurants and online shopping links in Handan. In accordance with the “National Foodborne Pathogen Monitoring Manual” and “Hebei Province Foodborne Pathogen Risk Monitoring Technical Guide” standard operating procedures, samples of Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, monocyte proliferation Listeria, Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected. Results A total of 284 samples from 6 categories of 12 categories were collected. A total of 41 strains of 6 pathogenic bacteria were detected, with a total detection rate of 14.4%. 14 strains of Escherichia coli causing diarrhea, 10 strains of Listeria monocytogenes, 9 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 3 strains of Salmonella, 3 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 2 strains of Bacillus cereus were detected. Conclusion It is necessary to intensify the promotion of food safety, strengthen the supervision of various kinds of food, take appropriate preventive and control measures to reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
