英语口语和书面语在词汇、词组、句式结构上均不同。学生掌握不同语体的特点对提高交际能力至关重要。本研究搜集了56名非英语专业大二学生的英语作文语料和口语测试语料,对其从第一/第二人称代词、不同词频等级的词汇分布情况和名词化三个参数进行了语体意识分析,发现,学生超用第一/第二人称代词现象严重;书面语和口语均主要依靠第一个千词;书面语和口语在名词化使用频率上相仿。这表明非英语专业学生的语体意识淡薄,其书面语和口语的语体风格区别甚小。大学英语教学迫切需要培养学生的语体鉴别意识和使用能力,进而提高其语言使用能力和交际的得体性。
Oral English and written language in vocabulary, phrases, sentence structure are different. Students to master the different characteristics of the language is essential to improve communication skills. This study collected 56 English non-English major sophomores of English essay and oral test corpus, from the first / second person pronouns, word-frequency levels of different vocabulary distribution and nominalization of the three parameters of a sense of language awareness , Found that students overuse first / second person pronouns serious; written and spoken mainly rely on the first one thousand words; written language and spoken frequency in the nominal frequency of use on the same. This shows that non-English majors have a weak sense of style and their written style differs from that of oral style very much. College English teaching urgently needs to cultivate students’ awareness and ability to use the language to identify and improve their language proficiency and communicative competence.
