1991~1993年,以青花菜东京绿品种为材料,研究了青花菜侧枝数与植株生长,主、侧花球产量及过氧化物酶活性的关系。结果表明,随着植株侧枝数增加,侧花球数逐渐增多,主、侧花球个重逐渐降低,但总产量则逐渐提高。叶片、主花球和侧花球中的过氧化物酶活性都随侧枝数的增加而降低。叶片和主花球的过氧化物酶活性与主花球个重,叶片和侧花球的过氧化物酶活性与侧花球个重均呈极显著的正相关。
From 1991 to 1993, the relationship between the number of lateral branches of broccoli and the plant growth, the yield of main and side flower bulbs and the peroxidase activity was studied using the Tokyo green varieties of broccoli. The results showed that with the increase of the number of lateral branches, the number of lateral flowering flowers increased gradually while the weight of main and lateral flowered flowers gradually decreased, but the total output increased gradually. The activities of peroxidase in leaves, main flowers and lateral flowers decreased with the increase of the number of branches. The peroxidase activities of leaves and main flower buds were heavier than that of main flower buds, and the peroxidase activities of leaves and lateral flower buds were significantly and positively correlated with the weight of lateral flower bulbs.
