可靠性问题天天都与我们打交道。但是,真正从理论和实践上认识到它的重要性,可不是件容易的事。可靠性已成为系统工程中的一个专门课题,即可靠性工程。要有效地提高可靠性,就必须从设计、生产、管理和使用等方面着手,通过各种途径普及可靠性技术,并结合本单位具体情况,采用相应措施。为此,今特刊登大连铁道学院王松年老师撰写的“浅谈可靠性设计”一文。该文共分六个部分,即(一)引论; (二)可靠性定义和尺度;(三)可靠性使用的分布形式;(四)系统的可靠性; (五)零件的可靠性;(六)可靠性设计及其应用实例。本期先刊登前三部分,余下部分下期刊登。
Reliability issues deal with us every day. However, it is not an easy task to truly recognize its importance theoretically and practically. Reliability has become a specialized subject in systems engineering, namely reliability engineering. To effectively improve the reliability, we must proceed from the aspects of design, production, management and use, popularize the reliability technology through various means and adopt corresponding measures according to the specific conditions of our unit. To this end, this special publication of Dalian Railway Institute Wang Songnian teacher written “on the reliability design” article. The article is divided into six parts, namely: (1) Introduction; (2) Reliability definition and scale; (3) Distribution form of reliability use; (4) Reliability of system; (5) Reliability of parts; (Vi) reliability design and application examples. This issue first published the first three parts, the remaining part of the next issue.
