我们于1982年6月中旬对中山大学大学生进行一次膳食营养状况的调查,以期今后按照合理营养安排膳食。方法中山大学是一所综合性全国重点大学,调查期间在校学生4,000多人,分4个学生食堂用膳,我们选择了学生第二食堂作为调查点,在该食堂用膳学生有1,070人。
We conducted a survey on the nutritional status of Sun Yat-sen University students in mid-June 1982 with a view to arranging meals according to reasonable nutrition in the future. Methods Sun Yat-sen University is a comprehensive national key university. During the survey, more than 4,000 students were enrolled in four canteens for dining. We chose the second canteen as a survey point and 1,070 students enrolled in the canteen.
