教学效率是指在单位教学时间内学生学习知识的多少,教学效率是衡量教学质量的一个重要标准。要提高教学效率就需要各学科教师明确教学行为的指向性,并不断提高教学行为的有效性;要合理组织课堂教学,提高课堂教学的有效性;激发学生的学习动机;加强对学生的学习行为研究,提高学生的学习效率。打破传统教学模式的束缚,适当创新教学方式,让教学活动以学生为中心,尽量创造条件,引导学生自主学习,在提高教学效率的同时让学生学会正确的学习方法,端正学生的学习态度。
