本文应用数理统计方法,对石墨电极的物理性能作了分析。认为评定批量石墨电极性能应用平均值和均方根差二特征量。对石墨电极各种性能之间的关系,进行了研究,并建立了多元回归方程,同时对这些相关性作了解释。 3.9×10~4公斤/厘米~2,最大值为10.4×10~4公斤/厘米~2。,平均值为6.9×10~4公斤/厘米~2,均方根差为1.2×10~4公斤/厘米~2,离散系数(C·V)为17.5%。φ300毫米石墨电极的其它性能列于表1。
In this paper, the physical properties of graphite electrodes were analyzed by using mathematical statistics. It is considered that the application of mean value and root-mean-square difference of two characteristic quantities of graphite electrode performance assessment. The relationship between the various properties of graphite electrodes was studied, and a multiple regression equation was established.
