素质目标管理是指围绕确定素质目标和实现素质目标开展的一系列管理活动。素质目标管理主要包括素质目标的确定、素质目标的实施和素质目标的评价三个阶段。一、素质目标的确定(一)素质目标确定的依据:党和国家的教育方针政策;小学生的生理、心理年龄特征;有关素质教育的科学理论以及对未来的预测和本校所处社区的客观环境。(二)素质目标确定的方法:我校目标确定的方法是:根据《江苏省小学生素质旗本要求》和本校学生素质状况,在小学生素质“德、智、体、美、劳”五个方面,组建课题组,先由课题组起草目标初案。再由学校组织有关专家论证,然后分解成具体目标,形成各科各年级学生的素质目标体系。
Quality goal management refers to a series of management activities centered on the determination of quality goals and achievement of quality goals. The school then organizes the relevant experts to argue, and then breaks down into specific goals to form a system of quality goals for all grades of students.
