目的 探讨ATD(抗甲状腺药物 )对Graves’病13 1I治疗疗效的影响程度 ,指导临床更加合理地使用13 1I治疗剂量 .方法 选取 80例已服用ATD的Graves’病患者按停服ATD时间长短分成 4组 .全部行吸碘率检查及13 1I治疗 ;再按服用ATD时间长短分为 3组 ,以 2 0例未服ATD即行13 1I治疗者为对照组 ,比较 2 4小时最高吸碘率及13 1I治疗疗效.结果 未服用ATD者 2 4小时最高吸碘率和13 1I治愈率最高 ,停用ATD时间越短 ,最高吸碘率和治愈率越低 ;服用ATD时间越长 ,13 1I治疗的疗效越差 .结论 ATD能较明显影响Graves’病13 1I的疗效 ,是13 1I治疗剂量制定过程中应综合考虑的影响因素之一
Objective To investigate the effect of ATD (anti-thyroid drug) on the therapeutic effect of Graves ’disease 13I and to guide the rational use of 131I in clinical practice.Methods 80 patients with Graves’ disease who were taking ATD were divided according to the duration of ATD 4 groups.All of the iodine absorption rate examination and 13II treatment; and then according to the length of time taken ATD is divided into 3 groups, 20 cases were not given ATD or 13II treatment as a control group, comparing 24 hours maximum iodine uptake rate and 13 1I treatment results.Results The highest rate of iodine uptake and 13 1I in 24 hours without ATD were the highest, the shorter the time to disable ATD, the lower the highest iodine uptake rate and cure rate, the longer ATD was, The worse the efficacy of ATD.Conclusion ATD can significantly affect the efficacy of Graves’ disease 13 1I, which is one of the factors that should be considered in the process of formulating 131I
