目的:研究地骨皮提取液对3种高血糖模型小鼠的降糖作用,探讨其降血糖作用趋势。方法:SPF级小鼠分别以链脲佐菌素、四氧嘧啶、盐酸肾上腺素注射液复制3种不同类型的高血糖模型小鼠,分组后分别给予5,2.5 g·kg~(-1)两个剂量的地骨皮水煎液,阳性组以盐酸二甲双胍为对照(0.75 g·kg~(-1)),分别连续给药10d后,观察地骨皮提取液对3种高血糖模型的降糖作用。结果:阳性组和地骨皮水煎液干预组均可不同程度的改善小鼠3种高血糖模型,与模型空白组相比,阳性组降糖作用优于地骨皮3个剂量组,地骨皮水煎液降低3种高血糖模型小鼠的血糖水平,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);地骨皮水煎液对高血糖模型的改善呈现剂量依赖关系。结论:地骨皮水煎液对链脲佐菌素、四氧嘧啶、盐酸肾上腺素复制的3种高血糖模型均有不同程度的降血糖作用,其中对链脲佐菌素、四氧嘧啶模型小鼠的降糖强度优于盐酸肾上腺素注射液复制的小鼠高血糖模型。
OBJECTIVE: To study the hypoglycemic effect of Digupi extract on three kinds of hyperglycemia model mice and to explore its hypoglycemic effect. Methods: Three different types of hyperglycemia mice were induced by streptozotocin, alloxan and epinephrine hydrochloride injection respectively, and were given 5, 2.5 g · kg ~ (-1) Two doses of Digupi Decoction, the positive group with metformin hydrochloride as a control (0.75 g · kg -1), respectively, after continuous administration of 10d observed Digupi extract on three kinds of hyperglycemia model Hypoglycemic effect. Decoction of Digupi Decoction showed a dose-dependent relationship with the improvement of hyperglycemia model.
