本文报告了113例 CT 在各种恶性肿瘤放疗中的应用情况,讨论了 CT 的效用及存在的问题。本组病例以肺癌和纵隔肿瘤(38例)、五官肿瘤(20例)、食管癌(18例)、腹部和盆腔肿瘤(17例)和原发及继发性脑瘤(13例)为主,其他7例。分析表明,CT提高和改变了放疗前的肿瘤分期诊断,能更合理地制定放疗计划,如三维线量分布、自动修正各组织的密度等。CT 与放疗计划系统连机能提高工作效率。CT 对放疗疗效的随诊观察也有重要作用。
This article reports on the application of CT in 113 cases of various malignancy radiotherapy and discusses the utility and problems of CT. In this group of patients, lung cancer and mediastinal tumors (38 cases), facial tumors (20 cases), esophageal cancer (18 cases), abdominal and pelvic tumors (17 cases), and primary and secondary brain tumors (13 cases). The other 7 cases. Analysis shows that CT improves and changes the diagnosis of tumor staging before radiotherapy, and can more reasonably formulate radiotherapy plans, such as three-dimensional line quantity distribution, and automatically correct the density of each tissue. The combination of CT and radiotherapy planning systems enhances work efficiency. CT also plays an important role in follow-up observation of radiotherapy efficacy.
