本文研究了硫铝酸盐早强水泥(以下简称早强水泥)在负温下的水化硬化特征以及亚硝酸钠化学外加剂对早强水泥负温水化过程的影响。研究表明,亚硝酸钠不仅是早强水泥混凝土的抗冻化学外加剂,而且也是早强水泥水化硬化的催化剂。实例表明,在装配式框架结构柱节点混凝土的冬季施工中采用掺亚硝酸钠的早强水泥混凝土的方法是成功的,这为混凝土冬季施工开辟了一条新途径。
This paper studies the hydration and hardening characteristics of sulphoaluminate early strength cement (hereinafter referred to as early strength cement) at negative temperature and the effect of sodium nitrite chemical admixture on the negative temperature hydration process of early strength cement. Studies have shown that sodium nitrite is not only an anti-freeze chemical admixture for early-strength cement concrete, but also a catalyst for early hardening cement hydration and hardening. Examples show that the method of using early strength cement concrete with sodium nitrite in the winter construction of prefabricated frame-structure column-joint concrete is successful, which opens up a new way for concrete winter construction.
