给出了一种旋转检偏器式激光自动椭偏仪检偏器方位角的校正方法。方法的基本点是测量同一样品在不同起偏器方位角时反射光偏振状态的斯托克斯参数,根据偏振光的Poincar(?)球表示,借助于坐标旋转来确定检偏器偏振方向相对于入射面的初始方位角。实际的测量结果证明此方法是正确的。
A method of correcting the azimuth angle of a polarimeter with a polarimeter is given.
