SOHO·尚都是 SOHO 中国有限公司开发的第五个项目,也是该公司在 CBD 开发的第三个项目,SOHO·尚都在设计及商业理念上秉承 SOHO 中国公司的一贯风格,与 SOHO 中国旗下的其他项目相比,其不规则不对称的建筑风格更加突破传统。和现代城、建外 SOHO 相比,SOHO·尚都更加注重简单、多元、联系、无序。设计师 Peter Davidson在谈到他的设计思路时说,自然的状态是一种运动变化的状态,比如河流里的水和天上的云;自然界的力量来源于多元化和相互联系,比如“亚马逊流域的一只蝴蝶扇动翅膀,会掀起密西西比河流域的一场风暴”;自然界的丰富和千差万别来源于最简单的图案或者元素,比如雪花和万花筒。SOHO·尚都的设计就追求这种千差万别背后的联系和规律。设计师通过不同尺度、不同形状空间的随意组合和有机联系,表达了一种顺其自然的建筑形态。
SOHO · Shangdu is the fifth project developed by SOHO China Co., Ltd. and the third project developed by the company in the CBD. Compared with Modern City and Jianwai SOHO, SOHO · Shangdu pay more attention to simplicity, diversity, connection and disorder. Commenting on his design ideas, designer Peter Davidson said that the state of nature is a state of change in motion, such as the water in the rivers and the clouds in the sky; the power of nature stems from pluralism and interconnection, such as “Amazon A butterfly flapping its wings will trigger a storm in the Mississippi River. ”The richness and diversity of nature stems from the simplest patterns or elements, such as snowflakes and kaleidoscope. SOHO · Shangdu’s design in pursuit of this wide range of connections and laws behind. Designers at different scales, different shapes and spaces of random combinations and organic relations, expressed a natural shape of the building.
