通过环境香烟烟雾(EST)模型,观察大鼠碘代谢及甲状腺超微结构变化的结果表明:EST接触组肝脏和粪碘含量增高,血、尿及甲状腺碘含量下降;甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞膜完整性缺损和变形,以上变化均与接触时间有关。提示:EST对机体碘摄取和吸收有抑制作用。接触组肝碘含量异常增高,可能与肝中5′脱碘酶活性受抑制有关。EST有可能是碘缺乏病流行的危险因素之一。
Through the model of environmental cigarette smoke (EST), the changes of iodine metabolism and thyroid ultrastructure in rats were observed.
