廊坊市委、市政府领导高度重视乡镇林业站工作,在2002年,该市以机构改革为契机,在机构、人员、编制都十分紧张的情况下,成立了廊坊市林业局。市林业局分设后,专门成立了林业工作站管理总站,各县(市、区)切实加强乡镇林业队伍建设,做到“三定”(定编制、定人员、定岗位)和“五有”(有专职人员、有专项经费、有办公地点、有交通工具、有通讯设备),将林业站管理纳入法制化、规范化、科学化管理轨道。
