新课程在我省实施已近六年,新的教育教学理念正潜移默化地改变着教师们的教育思想和教育行为。但是,令人忧虑的是,我们的课堂效率却并没有得到实质提高。古人云:工欲善其事,必先利其器。身为教师,要想自己的课堂有效而不哗众,简约而不简单,合理巧妙地优化教学资源是十分必要的,正所谓“师者,炼其术,方能善其事”。笔者作为一名伴随着新课程成长的一线教师,在教与学的实践中,且行且思。现结合自己的亲身教学,谈谈作为高中政治教师该如何通过优化课堂教学资源切实提高自己的课堂教学效率。
