针对北方采暖季一氧化碳中毒事件高发现状,设计开发了一氧化碳中毒风险防控系统,采用专家评分法建立了中毒风险评估模型,以“六个规定动作”和“四个必查”为标准和原则,通过专家评分,统计、分析获得风险评估要素及其权重;以研制的手持巡检仪为硬件基础,采用JAVA Android编程和Web Service接口技术等进行系统软件设计,具有一氧化碳中毒风险评估、指纹用户识别、RFID电子门牌读取、房屋现场拍照、报警器一维条码扫描、GPS定位等功能,有效降低了采暖季一氧化碳中毒事件发生几率。
In view of the high incidence of carbon monoxide poisoning in the northern heating season, the risk prevention and control system for carbon monoxide poisoning was designed and developed. The expert risk assessment model was established by using the expert scoring method. The “six mandatory actions” and “four musts” Standards and principles of risk assessment by experts, statistics and analysis to obtain risk assessment factors and their weights; the developed handheld inspection device as the hardware foundation, the use of JAVA Android programming and Web Service interface technology for system software design, with carbon monoxide poisoning risk assessment , Fingerprinting user identification, RFID electronic houseplate reading, house site photography, alarm 1D barcode scanning, GPS positioning and other functions, effectively reducing the probability of carbon monoxide poisoning during the heating season.
