Toxoplasma infection is transmitted from the mother to the fetus and is important in both humans and veterinarians. To date, many animals, including mice, have been successfully treated with the non-toxic, non-persistent T. gondii Ts-4 temperature-sensitive mutant (Hereinafter referred to as Ts-4) tachyzoites for vaccination and get the success of anti-attack infection. In order to further observe the infection characteristics of Ts-4 into pups and young rats and the transmission through the placenta and milk, the authors conducted three experiments in a mouse model. Toxoplasma Ts-4 tachyzoites were collected and purified from human foreskin fibroblasts (Hs68) and incubated at 32.5 ° C, 5% CO 2. Mice used were commercial outbred HSD: ICR strain female mice.
