9月7日细雨濛濛,略带几分秋意,四川省兵工学会召开的学会老领导座谈会却洋溢着热烈的气氛,参加会议的除重庆地区企、事业单位、总装备部重庆军代局、海军装备技术部重庆军代局等单位担任过学会工作的老领导外,原重庆市委副书记周春山同志,学会副理事长、西南地区部主任毕文然同志也出席了会议。首先,学会何志英秘书长代表学会秘书处全体同志欢迎各位学会老领导到会,真诚感谢老领导们对学会工作的一贯支持关心,并充分肯定了他们对兵工事业和学会发展作出的贡献!他接着介绍了学会目前的情况及今年2～8月开展学术活动、推荐学术论文;学会协助基层委员会在开展科普活动与厂会协作、实施金桥工程及在企业技术创新活动中的成效;
September 7 rain was drizzled with a touch of autumn. The Sichuan Society of Military Engineers held an old symposium with a warm atmosphere. Participants in the conference included the Chongqing Army of Chongqing Enterprises, Institutions, and General Armaments Department. On behalf of the agency, Navy Equipment Technology Department, Chongqing Military Agency, and other units have served as the old leaders of the Society, Comrade Zhou Chunshan, deputy secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Society and Comrade Bi Wenran, Director of the Southwest Region attended the meeting. First, Secretary General He Zhiying, on behalf of the secretariat of the Society, welcomed all the old leaders to the meeting, sincerely thanked the old leaders for their consistent support for the work of the Society, and fully affirmed their contributions to the military industry and the development of the society! Then he introduced the current situation of the Institute and the academic activities and recommended academic papers from February to August this year. The Society assisted grass-roots committees in the cooperation of popular science activities and factory meetings, the implementation of the Jinqiao Project, and the effectiveness of corporate technological innovation activities;
