本试验用含有EMS的石蜡油溶液处理 10个玉米材料的成熟花粉 ,研究了EMS对花粉离体萌发率、M1代生理损伤以及M2代的诱变效应。结果表明 :花粉离体萌发率随EMS体积分数的增加而降低 ,并与M1结实率呈高度正相关 ;M1受到严重的生理损伤 ,表现为出苗率低 ,出苗时间长 ,成株率下降 ;M2代中 ,子粒突变性状以粒色突变为主 ,苗期突变性状主要是叶片颜色突变 ,成株期突变性状有株高、株型等多方面 ;同一处理浓度下 ,花粉离体萌发率、M1代生理损伤和M2代的诱变效应的大小因材料品种不同而不同
In this study, mature pollen of 10 maize materials was treated with paraffin oil solution containing EMS. The germination rate of pollen in vitro, the physiological damage of M1 generation and the mutagenic effect of M2 generation were studied. The results showed that in vitro germination rate of pollen decreased with the increase of EMS volume fraction, and was highly positively correlated with the seed setting rate of M1. M1 was severely damaged by physiological conditions, with low emergence rate, long emergence time and decreased plant yield. In the generation, the mutation of the grain was dominated by the mutation of grain color. The mutation trait at the seedling stage was mainly the color change of leaves and the plant height and plant type at the adult stage.
