只有搞清马克思主义学习型政党是什么,才能知道如何建设马克思主义学习型政党。马克思主义学习型政党指的是,党善于学习创新达到较高水平的一种状态和境界,表现为党的建设思路、理念和机制创新达到较高水平。它是今后党的建设要着力实现的战略目标。正确认识把握马克思主义学习型政党的这一本质特点,对于明确建设马克思主义学习型政党的要求、思路、任务、途径和方式方法,都具有重要的理论与实践意义。
Only by learning what a Marxist learning party is, can we know how to build a Marxist learning party. The Marxist study-oriented political party refers to a state and realm in which the Party is good at learning and innovating to a higher level, showing the party’s construction train of thought and its ideas and mechanism innovation reaching a high level.
