用耦合波方程和带导模型建立了光擦除双光束耦合的理论 .引入了信号光放大系数定义并研究了其温度特性 .实验发现 ,当晶体温度从 32 0 K提高到 370 K时 ,在波长为632 .8nm的光束情况下 ,Ce∶ KNSBN晶体中信号光的放大系数提高 1 .7倍 .实验结果和理论分析定性符合 .通过改变晶体温度可提高放大系数 .
The coupling theory of optical erasing with two beams was established by the coupled wave equation and the guided model. The signal amplification factor was introduced to define and study its temperature characteristics. It was found that when the temperature of the crystal was increased from 32 0 K to 370 K, The wavelength of 632 .8 nm beam case, Ce: KNSBN crystal signal light amplification factor increased by 1.7 times. The experimental results and the theoretical analysis qualitatively by changing the crystal temperature can increase the amplification factor.
