卢沟桥是东方睡狮发出怒吼的“路标”。1937年7月7日,中国守军在这里打响了抗日战争的第一枪,令其成为国人引以自豪的英雄桥。卢沟桥建成于1192,因横跨于北京卢沟河上而得名。是中国古代北方最大的石桥,长266.5米,宽7.5米,11个拱券洞门悠然卧于波澜之上。每个桥墩前的分水尖,俗称斩凌剑。桥上两侧共有一点四米高的望柱二百八十一根。两柱之间由刻着花纹的栏板相连。每个望柱顶端都有一个大狮,大狮身上雕着许多姿态各异的小狮。北京有句谚语:“卢沟桥
