目的:调查医务人员职业暴露的现状并探讨防范对策。方法:对2006/2007年74例职业暴露情况进行调查。结果:暴露人员由多到少为护士、医生、实习生、工友;暴露环节由多到少为整理废物、操作不当,手术过程、患者躁动;针刺伤占总的职业暴露的85.14%;不同季节发生暴露由多到少为第4季度、第3季度、第2季度、第1季度。结论:加强培训,提高防范意识,规范操作,减少暴露的发生。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of medical workers occupational exposure and to explore preventive measures. Methods: 74 occupational exposures in 2006/2007 were investigated. Results: The number of exposed workers was less than that of nurses, doctors, trainees and co-operatives. The exposure was more or less the result of improper operation, improper operation and patient agitation. The acupuncture injuries accounted for 85.14% of the total occupational exposure. Seasonal exposure occurs from more to less for Q4, Q3, Q2, Q1. Conclusion: To strengthen training, raise awareness of prevention, standardize operation and reduce the occurrence of exposure.
