《数学课程标准》指出:评价的主要目的是为了全面了解学生的数学学习历程,激励学生的学习和改进教师的教学。针对当前教育评价存在的评价内容片面、评价过程简单、评价手段单一、注重定量评价的问题,本文在组织学生开展数学学习活动、设计数学学习报告、完成我校数学知识形成过程评价表的基础上,研究新理念下小学数学知识形成过程的评价,努力实现教育价值的增值。
