营养性贫血为中国儿童常见的营养问题,在农村更为普遍。我国多个省市地区曾分别调查过人群中营养性贫血的发病率,报告之结果相差悬殊,并且主要是针对缺铁性贫血。为了解我国农村儿童营养性贫血的发病率、病因,并寻求有效而简易的防治措施,我院于1986～1989年参加了联合国儿童基金会资助项目“儿童及母亲营养性贫血预防”的研究,其结果报告如下:
Nutritional anemia is a common nutritional problem for Chinese children and is more prevalent in rural areas. Many provinces and cities in China have separately investigated the incidence of nutritional anemia in the population, the results reported disparities, and mainly for iron deficiency anemia. To understand the incidence and etiology of nutritional anemia in rural children in China and to seek effective and simple prevention and control measures, our hospital from 1986 to 1989 participated in the UNICEF-funded research on “Nutrition and Anemia Prevention for Children and Mothers” The results are reported as follows:
