目的了解包装材料对隐性湿包的影响。方法采用三种包装材料包装器械敷料混合包(缝合包),灭菌后均在灭菌器内冷却30min卸载2h后,检查包的干燥合格情况。结果一次性无纺布包装的包内干燥合格率明显高于双层棉布包装和纸塑包装(P<0.05)。结论一次性无纺布包装包内干燥效果好,可有效控制压力蒸汽灭菌隐形湿包的产生,提高灭菌物品质量,有利于医院感染控制。
Objective To understand the impact of packaging materials on hidden wet packs. Methods Three kinds of packaging materials were used to pack the dressing package (suture package). After sterilization, they were all cooled in a sterilizer for 30 minutes and unloaded for 2 hours to check the dryness of the package. Results One-time non-woven packaging package drying pass rate was significantly higher than the double-layer cotton packaging and paper packaging (P <0.05). Conclusion The disposable non-woven package has good drying effect, which can effectively control the pressure steam sterilization invisible wet package and improve the quality of sterilized articles, which is good for the control of hospital infection.
