今年4月29日,瑞典哥德堡大学经济地理系教授劳拉杰仁(RISTO LAULAJA-NEN)博士,在江苏省商业经济研究所、江苏省商业经济学会和南京市商业经济学会的安排和组织下,在南京做了一次学术报告,着重介绍美国零售联号行为。参加报告会的有江苏省及南京市商业、粮食、供销、工商等部门的理论工作者、实际工作者和教育工作者80余人。劳拉杰仁先生在五、六十年代就开始对美国的工商企业、尤其是地理因素对商业零售公司联号发展的影响进行了研究,有较深的造谐。他在学术报告中,着重介绍了美国零售公司在企业兼并中,主要考虑的五个因
On April 29th this year, Dr. RISTO LAULAJA-NEN, professor of economics and geography at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, under the arrangement and organization of the Jiangsu Institute of Business Economics, the Jiangsu Provincial Business Economics Association and the Nanjing Business Economics Society, He gave an academic report in Nanjing, focusing on the United States retail chain. At the report meeting, there were more than 80 theoretical workers, practical workers and educators in the departments of commerce, food, supply and marketing, and industry and commerce in Jiangsu and Nanjing. In the 1950s and 1960s, Mr. Laura Jieren began to study the influence of American industrial and commercial enterprises, especially geographical factors, on the joint development of commercial retail companies. In his academic report, he focused on five major reasons for the consideration of U.S. retail companies in corporate mergers.
