型壳高温综合性能主要包括高温强度、变形和透气性。本文制定了各种性能的测试方法:采用薄片试样测定抗弯张度,采用圆筒试样测定热变形,以及采用乒乓球试样测定高温透气性。 本文分析了型壳三种高温性能的特点,系统地对不同粘结剂,不同耐火粉料的制壳工艺进行各种高温性能的试验比较。采用差热分析、X光衍射和扫描电镜等手段,分析研究其相互关系,从中找出能较好地满足上述三性能的制壳材料和工艺,即不但有较高的强度和抗变形能力,而且有较好的透气性。这种制壳工艺有利于进一步提高铸件质量,同时也为采用真空吸铸等新工艺创造了条件。
High-temperature shell comprehensive properties include high temperature strength, deformation and permeability. This article has developed a variety of performance testing methods: the use of thin-film specimens measured bending strength, the use of cylindrical specimens for thermal deformation, and the use of table tennis samples for determination of high temperature air permeability. In this paper, the characteristics of three high-temperature properties of the shell were analyzed, and various high-temperature performance tests were systematically conducted on the shell-making processes of different binders and different refractory powders. Using differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and other means to analyze and study the relationship between them to find out to better meet the three properties of the shell material and process, that is, not only has high strength and deformation resistance, And better breathability. This shell-making process is conducive to further improve the quality of castings, but also for the use of vacuum suction and other new technology created the conditions.
