随着我国职业教育的深入发展,对“双师型”教师的素质要求也越来越高。在当前我国对“双师型”教师思想认识高度不够,对“双师型”教师概念认识不统一,师资来源的制约,师资管理缺乏竞争机制,缺乏合理培训机制的情况下,“双师型”教师要积极、有效地运用各种途径开展研究以提高自身素质,即“双师型”教师要认真研究职业教育的教育教学规律,准确把握高职学生的心理,结合区域经济发展的特点研究课程改革,积极开展实用性技术研究,以服务地方经济。
