肺部炎性病变与结核病变(特别是早期浸润)无论X线表现还是临床症状都有许多相似之处。本文将杭州市结防所自1977年2月至1982年2月间门诊收治的肺部炎性病例中误诊为肺结核的42例做一回顾性分析,就误诊原因和对策等问题进行初步探讨。
Pulmonary inflammatory lesions and tuberculosis (especially early infiltration) have many similarities in terms of both X-ray findings and clinical symptoms. In this paper, a retrospective analysis of 42 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis in Hangzhou Outpatient Clinic from February 1977 to February 1982 was conducted to discuss the causes and strategies of misdiagnosis.
