采用SolGel法成功地合成了TiO2纳米粉末,并对其光催化性能进行了研究.XRD与TEM研究结果表明,热处理温度、保温时间等因素对材料结构和颗粒大小影响很大,粉末的平均粒径为8.0~29.5nm.以125W高压汞灯为光源,亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解为反应模型,随着热处理温度的升高,TiO2纳米颗粒变大,其光催化降解亚甲基蓝的速率反而提高.而造成量子尺寸效应的原因是晶型与光吸收性能的改变
The TiO 2 nanopowders were successfully synthesized by SolGel method and their photocatalytic properties were studied.XRD and TEM results show that the effect of heat treatment temperature and holding time on the structure and particle size of the material greatly influences the average particle size Is 8.0 ~ 29.5nm.
