知识经济时代,信息和知识是绝大多数企业前进的推动力,而培训则常常是提供知识和技能的重要途径,甚至有时可能是唯一的途径。在当今竞争激烈的市场上,立于不败之地的企业必定是那些尽力开发,储藏并平衡员工知识技能,帮助其员工充分发挥其潜能的组织。由此可见,确保培训质量对一个优秀的企业是至关重要的!文章拟结合企业实际,通过改善企业培训流程各环节,创新开拓培训渠道、途径和方法,以探索提高企业培训质量之路。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, information and knowledge are the driving forces behind the vast majority of enterprises. Training is often an important and sometimes the only way to provide knowledge and skills. In today’s highly competitive market, the companies that are invincible must be those that try their best to develop, store and balance their knowledge and skills to help their employees reach their full potential. Therefore, to ensure the quality of training is of utmost importance to an excellent enterprise. The article intends to explore ways to improve the quality of corporate training by improving training channels, ways and means of innovation through improving various links in the enterprise training process.
