目的:研究血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1(AT1)和受体2(AT2)在胎组织中的分布及表达特征。方法:采用免疫组化和实时荧光定量PCR方法,检测胎儿组织中AT1和AT2受体的分布及其表达量。结果:免疫组化结果表明,AT1受体主要分布在心肌纤维、肾上腺皮质胎儿带、肾近曲小管、气管纤毛柱状上皮和气管腺、皮肤表皮棘细胞层、汗腺导管和毛囊上皮、脐带动脉壁平滑肌纤维、肺小动脉平滑肌、胎盘滋养层细胞质、肝细胞等处;AT2受体主要分布在心肌纤维、肾上腺皮质胎儿带、肾近曲小管、气管纤毛柱状上皮和气管腺、皮肤表皮棘细胞层、脐带动脉壁平滑肌纤维、肝细胞等处。应用实时荧光定量PCR技术,发现AT1受体基因递减表达于胃、脐带、肺、气管、肝、胎盘、肾脏、心脏、肾上腺,而AT2受体基因递减表达于脐带、胃、肺、胎盘、心脏、肾脏、气管、肝、肾上腺。结论:AT1和AT2受体在胎儿体内分布具有组织选择性,分布在脐带、心脏、胎盘、肺、肾脏和胃组织,AT2受体基因表达量明显高于AT1受体,提示AT2受体可能参与胎组织器官的发育和成熟。

CONCLUSION: AT1 and AT2 receptors are selectively distributed in the fetus and distributed in the umbilical cord, heart, placenta, lung, kidney and stomach.
