幼教改革已经取得了重大进展,前所未有的生动活泼,百花齐放的局面正在形成。但是,对一些问题我们要予以足够的重视。有些园所的改革工作处于停滞状态,深入不下去;有的同志满足于现有成果,不肯再花大力气;还有的人只热衷于学习人家的经验,不自己去探索等等。造成这种状况的原因是复杂的,本文试图从心理上作一些分析。我认为以下三种心理是深化改革的障碍。第一是唯恐落后。由于对教育改革的艰巨性和长期性认识不足,简单地认为改
