借助犬双后肢高速、低速投射物致伤应激模型,对内皮素-1(ET1)在神经-体液中的表达与释放进行动态观察和定量分析,旨在进一步探索非颅脑致伤中枢神经系统(CNS)应变内环境紊乱的某些病理生理基础。结果发现伤后体液、脑组织匀浆ET1较伤前及对照组显著升高,尤以高速组明显;低速组下丘脑,高速组下丘脑、海马区ET1-mRNA表达较对照组显著增强。提示虽未直接伤及大脑,但对CNS可有不同范围、不同程度的间接损害作用;且不同应激强度,对CNS产生不同程度的影响。表明CNS在全身应激反应基础上有其自身特殊规律。
