用极谱法测定乙醛和丙酮的方法已报导不少,也有报导在0.1mol/L NaOH 溶液中,用溶出伏安法测定酒中的乙醛,但用极谱法测定酒中的丙酮尚未有报导,同时测定酒中乙醛和丙酮仅见于气相色谱法。本文报导在0.10mol/L.硫酸联氨和0.05mol/L 氯化铵底液中,乙醛和丙酮均产生一灵敏的导数峰电流,在一定浓度范围内,峰电流和浓度具有线性关系。检测限分别为0.10ppm 和0.01ppm,峰电位分别为-1.33V 和-1.60V(Vs,S.C.E).
The method of polarographic determination of acetaldehyde and acetone has been reported quite a few. It has also been reported that the determination of acetaldehyde in wine by stripping voltammetry in 0.1 mol / L NaOH solution has not been reported yet. It has been reported that simultaneous determination of acetaldehyde and acetone in wine is only found in gas chromatography. In this paper, acetaldehyde and acetone produced a sensitive derivative peak current in 0.10 mol / L of hydrazine sulfate and 0.05 mol / L of ammonium chloride. In a certain concentration range, there was a linear relationship between peak current and concentration. The detection limits were 0.10ppm and 0.01ppm, respectively. The peak potentials were -1.33V and -1.60V (Vs, S.C.E) respectively.
