宁夏南部山区是我国黄土高原的一部分,是我国水利侵蚀一级地区。在这一地区进行平田整地、农田水利、田间道路和生态防护林工程等土地整理工程,若实施不当,极易发生水土流失现象。文章提出了土地整理工程要合理安排工期,合理取、填土并做好防护措施,优化各工程实施方案,采取相应生物措施,制定行之有效水土保持方案等措施,使土地整理项目为宁夏南部山区产生社会、生态和经济效益。
The southern mountainous region of Ningxia is a part of China’s Loess Plateau and a first-class area of water erosion in China. In this area, land preparation works such as land preparation for flat fields, farmland irrigation and water conservancy projects, field roads and ecological shelter projects are improperly implemented and soil erosion easily occurs. The article proposed that the land consolidation project should arrange the construction period reasonably, take the soil reasonably, fill the soil and do the protective measures, optimize the project implementation plan, adopt the corresponding biological measures and formulate the effective soil and water conservation plan and other measures so that the land consolidation project is the southern part of Ningxia Mountain produce social, ecological and economic benefits.
