秦岭电厂三期工程建设中,主厂房吊装机械为二台60吨塔吊。吊装除氧煤仓间构件的炉前塔吊,因塔身接高7米,其最大起重量限定为58吨。框架预制分段后,最大重量按58吨考虑。由于结构的影响,分段后,H型框架仍超重,为控制重量,框架大梁均留有0.2~0.35米的二次浇灌部分。以10米层框架为例,其外形尺寸如图1所示。
During the construction of Qinling Power Plant Phase III, the main plant lifting machinery was two 60-ton tower cranes. Hoisting tower cranes for hoisting the components of the deoxygenated coal bunker have a maximum lifting capacity of 58 tons due to the height of 7 meters. After the frame is prefabricated, the maximum weight is considered as 58 tons. Due to the influence of the structure, after the segmentation, the H-frame is still overweight. In order to control the weight, the frame girders are left with 0.2 to 0.35 meters of secondary watering. Taking a 10-meter frame as an example, its external dimensions are shown in Figure 1.
